Evergreen Scallion – Allium fistulosum, your ultimate year-round garden companion. These versatile scallions are a breeze to grow, offering a delightful addition to your culinary adventures all year long.

Start your scallion journey by providing them a jump start indoors during mid-winter. Once the ground is ready, transplant them with ease – their adaptability allows for success anytime. As they mature, Evergreen Scallions naturally multiply by division if left unharvested, ensuring a continuous supply.

As winter gives way to spring, watch these hardy green spears emerge with vigor, a reassuring sign of the changing seasons. Their deep green color adds an enchanting touch to your garden, while their mild onion-like aroma fills the air with a hint of freshness.

Evergreen Scallion, though not a young bunching onion, is part of a separate, non-bulbing species. Their distinct flavor enhances various dishes, making all flavors pop. Sprinkle their chopped goodness on salads, soups, stir-fries, and more for a burst of taste.

Whether in a dedicated scallion bed or a container garden, these easy-to-grow scallions are a culinary delight and a must-have for any home gardener. Experience the joy of having Evergreen Scallion as your trusted garden friend, bringing year-round flavor and freshness to your kitchen.
